Thanks to the many replys from my questions - I was able to find the following
information on the rims I've been looking for.
It seems that American Racing does (or did) make these. They are called the
200-S (with the "S" standing for Satin), also known as the "Daisy". According
to the source I found (see below) AR seems to no longer manufacture the 4-spoke
versions by continue to carry the 5 spoke type.
