I managed to answer my own question while flipping thru Moss's latest sales 
flyer.  There on the inside is a whole variety of Polyurethane pieces.  
Included is Moss 264-906, on sale for $24.55.  Seems quite reasonably.  I 
guess it is time to call my usual Moss resaler with an order.
