Dan, I'll take a shot at your questions as I suspect all our resident experts
have gone off to Beaulieu.
1. for the pedal pin, try loosen the nut a couple of threads then whack it
with a BFH.....soak with a penatrent first. A little heat might be needed.
2. Black
3. Terry Andrews had some urethane bushings made and they were being sold by
Sports&Vintage. Originally these were a "silentbloc" type I believe, so there
is a steel sleeve in there as well. I was able to fabricate a replacement
from a very hard piece of rubber.
4. I doubt your gearbox piece is worn, its just shaped like that...but if
worn, I don't know who would have it.
5. Floor board screws are usually 1/4 BSF countersunk, same a TC and
available from Moss and the usual sources but other screws smaller than 1/4
will be BA
mostly 2BA and available from British Tools and Fasterners in NY.
