Bob, the 8/43 diff unit, if made of steel, was used Wolseley Nine & Hornet saloons, 1934-5, if of aluminium then it is from a Morris Eight. All are a straight swap with the MG diffs & each other. Sadly, sounds as if you need to have the axle straightened.This is not hard if you have access to a large lathe adjacent to a good heat source Graham Whitaker Subject: PA-0531 diff and axle tube I was making a bit of forward progess on the PA rear axle till today.
