I assume by the dimensions you quote you are wanting to use the Teflon as an
interlayer between spring leaves. Therefore, you want a thin sheet of
Teflon.

I find the many plastics companies in the US have it or can get it. You
might try such companies in your area. I also did a quick search on the
Internet for Teflon sheet in Australia. The most promising one I came up

BTW, if you know of a source for spring steel that is 1.25 inches in width
(suitable for making new Triple-M spring leaves), let me know. None of the
spring companies here seem to have anything that narrow.
