Hi, to all.

Something to think about, this wonderful Sunday. Please share your views.

How did ENV pre selector Gear boxes get their "type designation" ?

Was it because Type 75 box was rated at being capable of standing 75 BHP ?

If so, how different were the Type 75 boxes used in racing type cars like the
K3 (which certainly had a different case and some were made from Magnesium)
from those used in the saloons ?

How did Kohlrausch get away with using the pre selector box in EX 127 when the
engine output went past 160bhp ?

Regards

Pip
