I had a good deal of trouble with the rebuild of my 
Marles-Weller box. The problem was the sector shaft as well 
as the intrinsic design. Adamant boxes are easier to 
obtain parts for and said to be simpler to maintain.  I 
know several people who have gone out of their way to 
replace the Marles-Weller with the Adamant on a J2. Why
