[Lotus-cars] Elan headlights

Spent some time friday working on a right hand drive Elan that a local
enthusiast had shipped over from England a while back.  Nice little car.
Too bad the vacuum operated headlight pods don't pop up like they should.
I hear the parts to fix are basically impossible to find.  What fun.
