Old Corvette?

I realize this is a very long shot, but, here it goes.......  anyone know of 
an old Corvette in need of repair or even in good condition which  might be 
for sale?  Looking for a 54-72 model year.  Have an old  friend who used to 
race 
them in the 60's.  Seems he cannot get them out of  his blood.  We are 
looking for one which would be a project car.  Any  and all leads appreciated!
