Basically within FIA rules you can run a streamliner or a production sedan.
Nothing in-between.
In engine classes FIA has a bunch of infinitesimally small engine sizes and
then when we get to the big stuff the class jumps from 183" to 305" to 488".
So only streamlines are interested and only a limited number of those
actually participate. Still seems restricted to me.
