Yes, it should get you an answer if you could find a tunnel that has a
moving floor to account for the ground effect.

I'd rely on timing slips for a higher- accuracy answer.

drivetrain/passenger 
pods, one with 16 degrees and one at 6 degrees, shouldn't a  wind tunnel

answer which is the more Aero efficient ?
I'm not computer literate enough to know if there is a program out there

that can duplicate this function, so feel free to enlighten me,anybody.
