We are finally back on course with our TR8 Triumph. Our induction system will not fit under the the hood. There are a number of ways to resolve this, obviously. We can cut the hood and leave it open with finished edges, we can add a bulge as KT did on the Camero, we can add a scoop facing forward, or we can add a sxoop facing rearward. Our F motor uses a single duoble pumper carb. If the scoop is open forward, will the wedge front shape push too much air into it? And reversely, if we face it reward will we get enough? Any suggestions? |
