Patiently awaiting on rule book for all new rules and changes, could I suggest
to post the rule changes on the scta website for the bike guys like they so
graciously did for the car guys? , but in the mean time here is what the
project looks like so far while rule book is in transit... Remember we only
have about 6-7 weeks before bonneville.
