Happy Thanksgiving and what do you do with NOS?

Hope everyone has a safe, joyous day; remembering friends, loved ones. 
Past, present, here or gone.

While passing time waiting for the turkey to be done and the football 
games to start I began to wonder what do you do with NOS other than in 
your race car or in the dentist's office?
