One thought here (maybe not worth anything), they could make the existing
start area, uh, "interesting" when they take off from the line! :-)

Why not thrust vehicles? Even for time only. What is the

I don't have a definitive answer. The rules we operate under
are written to
exclude thrust vehicles from our meets and that's the way it
now stands. Was
that way before I came on board. I do know as racer in the
70s we were pissed
that the FIA runs interrupted our meet.
