Sonny Caster, 62, of Vail, Colorado cousin of Rick, Chuck and the late Don
Vesco, passed away this past weekend.
He raced a 1971 Chevy Camaro at Bonneville in the production Coupe and Sedan
Category with Roger Griffith; the car was campaigned at this past Speedweek
where Sonny started to complain of a hernia.
The subsequent doctor's visit revealed an advanced, terminal case of stomach
cancer. Details to follow as I get them.
