May I suggest that traction control is not the ONLY system that you (or I)
may wish to have on an automobile running on a saly surface that the SCTA
ruling bans........however I know of no governing body for automobiles that
allows moving aerodynamic devices today. Although such mechanisms and
devices could be a safety feature and a few did appear on earlier vehicles.
