I heard that our friend John Hansen will be the general manager of the
Stateline Hotel within a month or so. Going back where he started in
Wendover. The Peppermill/Rainbow owners picked it up from the bankruptcy.
The Silversmith will be converted to include a larger show room with
featured acts and receive a name change. The Smith family just expanded
their holdings too fast.
We're headed out there on Saturday for the car show John puts on across from
the Rainbow Casino and I will know more after that.
