There should be no problem for anyone to get their pictures on the picture post.
I think your issue is that you do not have a program to convert from a bitmap
image to a jpg image. There will be a program for that on the disk that is
coming to you.
When you goto the posting part of the picture post page , If you do not see a
browse button to locate your image file, you have to old a browser and need to
upgrade. Posting the picture is a snap, keep in mind three basic to do's before
you submit, make sure image is 100kb or less, make sure that it is in jpg
format, and last make sure the image size is 500x375 pixels or smaller. DO those
steps and its no problem to post.
