Howdy, failures of suspensions are kinda like parachutes failing, the US 
Parachute Association publishes incident reports so that everyone can learn 
form the incident. I hadn't thought of the A frame ruling so didn't /don't 
know why the rule was made. maybe if someone would let us know,....Thanks,
