Howdy,
I built my car without a way to remove the body panels, and its'
the wrong thing to do! build it so you can remove everything!!!!! down to
the frame, and WASH IT when you get back from the Salt. This year I started
using SaltAway (TM) and have no opinion, other than it probably works,
cause I just spent 35$ for a gal of the stuff, and now am committed to
washing any salt off the car...so I spend more time doing it, which is ( I
think) the reason the stuff "works" ((you do the work of removing most of
the salt to apply the stuff)) Other than having the entire car JetHot
coated, not much you can do to it if you let the salt sit instead of
washing it right away when you get back from the Salt Flats....trust me on
this!!!
