is what is a Pismo and what does that Indian word mean? While there are
Pismo clams, and Pismo beach, nobody has ever figured out what it means"

salt water denizens they are salty and if you eat enough of them,you 
thirst,and you drink a lot of beer and therefore "pis mo"...really..... Bob
