Oil pump drive

Hi all,
Some time last year I saw an item in Circle Track magazine about a new
product. It was a drive pulley for a belt drive dry sump pump that would
allow you to prime the oil system by inserting an air or electric motor and
turning over the oil pump without the crank turning. It had a one way drive
(I assume a sprag) so you didn't have to take the belt off. I have yet to
see it advertised. Has anyone seen one? Did it prove to be unworkable?
Inquiring minds want to know.
