    I had some thoughts on the junior league and wondered if maybe for the
kids if we took a lead from bracket racing and set a target speed for eache
age group and awarded points for consistency and % of speed and not make a
top speed competetion out of it. This way we could perhaps satisfy the ins.
company, keep the vehicle costs down, and acquaint the youngsters with 1st
hand racing procedures safety and otherwise. I also like the uniform
powerplant rule, Briggs or otherwise.
