Gee Keith- I didn't realize I beat the- legality of my car vs. the rules
thing to death. As it is I talked to Steve Bachelor and told him exactly
what I wanted to do with the NACA ducts in the hood to let out some heat. He
said that if they're flush with the hood, and were only to let out heat,
they'd be legal, but someone could still protest them as pressure relief
devices and ultimately the SCTA technical committee would pass final
judgement. So guess what- I'm gonna punch a pair of NACA ducts in the rear
of my glass hood ! It's not like anything else on this car is sacred
(actually nothing on the car is sacred).
