        Since you don't have a problem swaping engines go ahead save the "D" 
motor
for Bonneville and run the "C" at Maxton. Find a 'very' close ratio 4-speed
and get your drive line sorted out in June. 
        Whats the name and address or phone number of the guy with the NASCAR 
parts?
        Points have always been an interesting issue. Haven't seen a perfect
system yet. But its administered the same for all involved.
