olks to the problem with some =E2=80=9Cgeneric=E2=80=9D kingpins that Moss w=
as selling at the time.&nbsp; They were a BEAR to install and required much m=
odification of the bushings to even provide proper lubrication.<o:p></o:p></=
p><p class=3D"MsoBodyText">I spoke with Michael Grant at Moss and he was ver=
y concerned about the problem.&nbsp; Subsequently he has re-sourced their ki=
ngpins from someone in England who has the tooling and, I believe, supplied Q=
uintin Hazel.&nbsp; That is, the product the new source is providing is EXAC=
TLY like the Q-H kingpins that had been available in the past.<o:p></o:p></p=
><p class=3D"MsoBodyText">I have just finished installing one of these new s=
ets and am happy to report that they are really GREAT!!!&nbsp; They have the=
 properly machined bushings, sized to go in with just the proper =E2=80=9Ccr=
ush=E2=80=9D, and the correct cork rings.&nbsp; Plus the zirc fittings have t=
he correct size threads and hex.&nbsp; The fulcrum pins even fit the bottom h=
ole in the king pin properly and don=E2=80=99t require additional fussing.<o=
:p></o:p></p><p class=3D"MsoBodyText">The new box these king pins come in is=
 still plain brown, but it has the following markings on it:<o:p></o:p></p><=
p class=3D"MsoList">1) a blue-white-red Union Jack with MADE IIN GREAT BRITA=
IN<o:p></o:p></p><p class=3D"MsoList">2) a white tag with QHQP295TCF and KIN=
G PIN SET BIG HEA and MADE IN :U.K.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=3D"MsoNormal"><o:=
p>&nbsp;</o:p></p><p class=3D"MsoBodyText">I believe Moss has replaced their=
 older, poor-quality stock and the new ones are what you=E2=80=99ll receive i=
f you order now.&nbsp; If you have some of the bad ones that you haven=E2=80=
=99t installed, I suggest you contact Moss about trying to exchange them.<o:=
p></o:p></p><p class=3D"MsoBodyText">And finally, for those of you who like t=
o flame suppliers when parts aren=E2=80=99t perfect, be aware that many time=
 suppliers do care, but need to get proper input as to problems.&nbsp; I am v=
ery impressed with the way Moss responded to this issue.<o:p></o:p></p><p cl=
ass=3D"MsoBodyText">Remember that the parts business is very competitive reg=
arding price, which drives suppliers to look for the cheapest parts to sell.=
&nbsp; Many of you will change suppliers over a few cents savings and that h=
urts those who may have better parts at higher prices.&nbsp; You often get w=
hat you pay for.&nbsp; Just remember.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=3D"MsoBodyText"=
