Michael,
Not that I have done a lot of these but I also had some success with heatin=
g up the rubber, like the last 4-6 inches and pulling on it and holding pul=
led before it was installed on the car. Initially I had limited success, bu=
t really pulling hard helped a lot.
But I will try this trick on the next one.
