Hi Michael-I agree that the third hole was for a three bolt starter,=0Ah=

 Here is a pic of the drive end bracket of the Lucas starter used on=0At=
he Austin 16. The engine from that car eventually evolved to become=0Ath=
e 2660 c.c. one used in the A90 an AH100. That was the origin of the=0A3=

 lever. That one was wrongly used on=0Amy 1953 BN1. So with new part in=
 hand, the procedure is to remove the=0Atrafficator indicator unit, disa=
ssemble it and replace the lever. Lets=0Ajust say it=E2=80=99s a time co=
nsuming task that requires nimble fingers and=0Aa set procedure. Upon co=
mpletion of the project its time to check the=0Aworking characteristics.=
 =0A=0A=09Turn on the key, listen for fuel pump to stop then check horn=
 and=0Aflashers=E2=80=A6uh, oh, fuel pump is not stopping=E2=80=A6stuck=
 float. So now=0Amove to the rear carburettor float bowl, remove lid and=
 free up brass=0Afloat, clean needle and seat and check float height. Re=
assemble, being=0Acareful not to drop any parts. Darn, there goes the fi=
bre washer,=0Abrass filter and spring. The washer was laying under the c=
ar, but the=0Afilter was no where to be found. Looked everywhere on floo=
r, within=0Athe engine bay, on the frame, on the suspension too, but it=
 was not=0Alocated=E2=80=A6it just disappeared. I tried blowing out the=
 area with=0Acompressed air, then a vacuum maybe to suck it up from some=
 obscure=0Aspot. Not found. That was Christmas Eve. =0A=0A=09Christmas D=
ay we open presents and one was a 500 Lumens flashlight=0Afrom my Sister=
-in-law; she is so thoughtful. So, after we opened the=0Agifts, I though=
t, why not try out this super-bright flashlight and see=0Aif I could to=
 locate the elusive filter-its out there somewhere.=0AShined the light o=
n the engine, under the carbs, on the frame and=0Amaster cylinder-where=
 is it? As I moved the new flashlight toward the=0Aframe support, it tou=
ched the edge and the lens fell out into the=0AHealey frame. You know th=
at spot. It collects any part you are unable=0Ato find, and it is curved=
 just enough that you can't see to the bottom=0Awhere it ends on the fra=
me rail. I shined the lens-less flashlight=0Adown the frame and sure eno=
ugh there was the lens=E2=80=A6and the filter,=0Aand even a missing chok=
e lever return spring lost during the=0Are-assembly in 2015. With the he=
