Another option would be some late MGB seats.  The headrest telescopes so 
they can be put down when the car is parked.  I have a '77 that has a 
Victoria British seat cover set in it, and they are quite attractive.  I 
also have a '77 parts car with very nicely redone original pattern 
seats.  The issue, though, is because the car was T-boned the passenger 
side seat bottom frame is bent.  Shipping could be expensive is you 
aren't close to southern PA.
