I think Alan's estimates are very modest...
A complete, unmolested rustfree 100 is worth probably about $15+
Restoration is I would say a little more, but to give rough estimates:
- paint $5000-??
- bodywork ? probably some needed?
- parts:
- brakes $1000
- engine & work $3000
- suspension $1000
- electrical $1000
- chroming ??
- wheels & tyres ??
I would say that if you are able to do it below $15k you are lucky, $20-$25k
more realistic figure...
But the joy of driving is worth so much more, so go for it!...
