| I have also used a type of glue for that purpose. It was a two part material and was easy to use, somewhat thick. . It used a two tube dispenser which mixed the stuff as it came out but I also mixed it with a knife, 50 - 50 as I remember. I would say that you might take the paint off in the immediate area to get a good bond. Check with an auto paint supply house. Dan |
