Dug out the Cat., Bob, and for "26705 onwards" it does indeed
show bolt[s] with LockWasher & Nut - "disc to hub".
New one on me <F><G> !!
BUT, bolt shown HAS standard hex-head !! Which of course,
means you could use a wrench ?!?!?!?!?!??
Were it me, I would be tossing entire mess, getting CORRECT
Bolt[s] AND Standard Steel Loc-Nut[s] !!! But, that's me <G> !!
