Recently a lister posted some information about how to avoid a ticket while on
the road. When you are stopped, keep both hands on the wheel and say: "Sorry
for the inconvenience, Officer."
While motoring down to Atlanta for the AHCA Delegates meeting, I had a good
chance to try this out. Sorry to have to report, but it don't work with the NC
HP! ;^P
His response: "It isn't an inconvenience at all...."
