I'm trying to put a fan belt on the BT7 that I'm restoring and there
doesn't appear to be enough clearance between the cross member and the bolt on
the end of the crank.
I'm guessing that I should jack the engine up a little bit to create enough
clearance but don't want to damage anything. Any recommendations?
