I have been having a little overheating and suspect the timing. I put my
timing light on the BJ8 this afternoon and see 35 degrees advance at 3000 RPM.
I have in my notes that someone said that profile 8 would work for our cars so
I set the unit there. There are about 15 profiles to choose from. In
looking at the instructions, I wonder if the C profile might be better. Any
advice from you experts?
I must say this distributor does make the car start easy.
