[Healeys] seat adjustments for 6'3" 230 lb healey lover bj8

 hello Healeyites:
any suggestions from the group on making a 1967 3000 AH bj8 fit for a 6'3"
230 lb. male(70 year old) with a new knee?
can move frame about an inch toward center, but moving back any is a
problem....any tricks of the trade out there
