[Healeys] Bl;ack paper insulation

Is the black paper insulation on the inside of the bulkhead (BJ8), 
the same sort of tar paper that goes on the floor?
It's become a distant memory, although I know I saved some, or all of 
it, but it doesn't fall readily to hand.
