[Healeys] muffler heat shield

there were no bolts welded underneath the driver on my bn6.  living in vegas 
and wanting to do everything i can to cut down on the heat, i fabricated a heat 
shield from the backer board and drilled holes and put spacers in.  may not be 
councourse, but works for me.    hjim
