There is another shop in Los Angeles that rebuilds and restores wire wheels.

This also is a one man operation but his shop is large and I have used him to
mount several sets of tires on my wire wheels. He seems knowledgeable and
there were plenty of historic wire wheels being worked on when I was in the
shop. I would suggest calling him to see what he can do for you.
