I am about to fit the back plate back on the motor to my 100, I took
pictures and have a factory manual, but don't have good illustrations of
this part, want to make sure I get this right, is it simply the gasket and
back plate that cover the hole for the camshaft in the back of the block? I
am envisioning the end of the cam spinning against the gasket, but maybe
there is some clearance there.
I am thinking that is all there is but please make me feel better about it
before I bolt it up and seal it all in.
