| I also put on a pusher fan, in addition to a multiblade flex fan on the
motor. The pusher turns on at about 190 and pretty much keeps the temp
there at any speed. I drove back from a Napa wine tasting tour with the
car club and it was close to 95-100 degrees outside. No overheating and the
temp of the engine stayed pretty close to the 190-195. My feet loved the
change. The last time I drove in temps that hot, the car ran close to 210
and hit well over that when ever you slowed down to a stop sign or light.
Then my toes felt like toast!!!
I also have a metal plate under the front opening to keep the air from going
under the radiator. That has been there for a few years and I never really
notice much improvement from that modification.
