| Subject: | Painting over Rustoleum primer |

I have many loose suspension parts from my BT7 project that were painted by the PO with the typical reddish-brown or gray spray bomb primer. I'm assuming that it is Rustoleum enamel primer, but not 100% sure. I would like to paint many of these parts with a durable black paint that won't flake off if I spray it over the Rustoleum primer. Can anyone recommend a good paint/process to use? I don't want to remove the primer if I don't have to, but will if it is necessary. Tom Rech 59 BT7 |
