| My original post re the frozen lower trunion turned out to be a non-problem--after working the lower front A-arm back and forth about 1k times with lotsa Kroil, was able to put a wrench on the trunion and finally back it out. It looks like what happened was old petrified grease & rust had solidified in the threads and was preventing the trunion from unscrewing until it gradually dissolved by flooding with Kroil and worrying away at it. -- Steve Gerow Pasadena CA 59 BN6 |
