I've tried a couple of 180 thermostats in my BJ8, and neither would get the engine to operate above 170-175, unless I was in traffic. Now that I'm dismantling the car, I plan to test the gauge. In the past I had a gauge that was innaccurately telling me I was overheating.... the opposite problem! Stephen, BJ8 |
