If I recall, this thread is about a car that isn't developing the
expected power?
If the usual (ignition, fuel, etc.) checks out, it's possible there is a
blockage in the
exhaust system. If a baffle in a muffler breaks loose and plugs the
exhaust pipe
then power will be "capped."
