| Jim,
You can also just spray it with clear, which makes it black and glossy
and is easy to renew in a couple years. High gloss polyurethane works
well.

Subject: trafficator
i have tried cleaning up my old trafficator with no luck. it is dull and
looks grungy since it sat outside many years i guess. what is the recommeded
cleaning technique. tried fine sandpaper but did not seem to work well. i
remember guys on the list stating to use shoe polish, but this thing is not
that far along yet. thanks for any help. healeymanjim
