wood block - door seal cap

Can anyone give me the dimensions (all three) of the two little vinyl  
covered wooden blocks that fit under the aluminum door seal caps on a  
BT7? I am talking about the piece that the furlex/rubber seal secures  
to at its conclusion toward the rear of the car.
