T nuts for BN2 flywheel

   Does anyone know of a source for the special nuts that press into the
flange on the crankshaft for the flywheel mounting bolts?  Moss calls them
"Tube Nuts" but are N/A, no part number.  They seem to be unavailable from
other major sources as well.
Its a 100 (4 cyl) so they are likely BSF.
