100-6 document found

When going through my auto documents, I came across a "state of California
DOT' document issued on April 25, 1963.

 

It is not for my car (I have a BJ8).  It is for a 1959 100-6 with a
reference to an Engine or ID number of "2875".

 

The document is made out to a Woodrow W. Sybrowsky, 4904 Elrod Drive,
Castro Valley, CA.

 

If the owner of this vehicle is on the list, please contact me and I can
forward the document to you.
